Return and Refund Policy
We accept return requests for unused physical products within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return, contact support@intoperson.com with your order number and reason for return. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
IntoPerson Store products are general ecommerce operations materials. They do not guarantee Google approval, Merchant Center recovery, or advertising eligibility.
